Governance and Administration
The Friends Board meets bi-monthly, generally on a Saturday morning in the months of January, March, May, July, September, and November. We conduct Board meetings through Zoom video conferences. Any interested persons are welcome to attend one or more of our Board meetings. If you are interested in attending a Board meeting, please send a request to info@phlibraryfriends.org.

Regular participants in our Board meetings also include the Pleasant Hill Library Manager, Patrick Remer, and Julia Dozier, who represents Pleasant Hill on the Contra Costa County Library Commission.
The activities of the Friends are governed by a set of Bylaws, which were most recently amended in November 2022.
